Influencer Army is operated by HellYeah AI Inc. ("Influencer Army," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit influencerarmy.ai, join the waitlist, or use the Influencer Army workspace and related services.

Organizations use Influencer Army to manage creator programs. When an organization adds creator or team-member information, that organization may be the controller of that information and we process it on the organization's behalf. Questions about an organization's practices should also be directed to that organization.

We collect the information needed to operate a multi-organization creator-management service, including:

• Account and profile data: name, work email, role, phone number, profile image, address, and other profile details you provide.
• Organization data: organization name, subdomain, memberships, roles, manager assignments, settings, and audit activity.
• Creator-program data: creator contact details, social handles, public post links and performance metrics, contracts, signatures, notes, labels, announcements, resources, and acknowledgements.
• Payout data: payout instructions, account-holder and bank-account details, payment requests, approvals, and transaction status. Payment providers may collect additional information under their own policies.
• Integration data: identifiers, settings, and authorization credentials for services you connect, such as Slack, social platforms, and payment providers.
• AI workspace data: prompts, conversation history, generated responses, and the organization records returned in an analysis.
• Website and waitlist data: name, email, company, role, team size, message, referral source, and analytics events submitted through the website.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser details, request logs, session activity, and security events that may be generated when you use the service.

We receive information directly from you, from the organization that invited or manages you, from services you choose to connect, and from public creator profiles or public social-media content used to track a creator program. Organization administrators decide what program information to add and which integrations to enable.

We use information to:

• create accounts, authenticate users, and maintain organization access controls;
• operate creator, contract, content, announcement, resource, reporting, and payout workflows;
• connect integrations and carry out actions requested by authorized users;
• generate AI-assisted analysis and present organization-specific answers;
• send service, security, invitation, and account communications;
• protect the service, prevent misuse, investigate incidents, and maintain audit records;
• understand product usage, troubleshoot errors, and improve performance; and
• comply with law and enforce our agreements.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, although withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.

We may share information with:

• the organization and authorized members of the workspace in which the information is stored;
• hosting, database, email, analytics, support, AI-model, document, and security providers that help us operate the service;
• payment, communication, and social-platform integrations when an authorized user requests an action;
• professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required to protect rights, safety, or legal compliance; and
• a successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention may vary by record type, organization settings, and an applicable customer agreement. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep credentials confidential and contact us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Influencer Army and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information, and to appeal a decision about a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Email support@influencerarmy.ai to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. If an organization controls the information, we may direct the request to that organization or assist it with the response.

We use required browser storage for authentication, organization selection, interface preferences, and security. The public website may also collect product analytics when analytics is configured. Our Cookie Policy explains the current categories and controls.

Influencer Army is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the service.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
